Our Nordique de la Vie experience building features a complete Nordic spa experience in the heart of our nature forest at Creekside RnR. With a beautiful setting in nature featuring a building with changing rooms, showers and relaxation area to enjoy a wild crafted herbal tea, outdoor screened in gazebo with hammocks, firepit, hammocks including the world's largest hammock that can accommodate up to 8 people, dome structure relaxation area with outdoor furniture, red cedar sauna, 3 red cedar hot tubs, plunging pool for a cold water soak and cold bucket shower for optimal health and wellness. Sit and enjoy the heat and sweat for about 30 minutes intervals and repeat 2-3 times for a complete Nordic experience and enjoy the health benefits and relaxation it offers. You will also have access to our nature trails if you would like to spend the day in nature for a full day of nature therapy
